Added HP Bars and new enemy- The Monstrosity

Now there is more player feedback in combat due to floating damage numbers and classic, ugly healthbars. 

Also a new enemy, the monstrosity with high challenge rating and extreme tankiness is available now. Pick them off with your ballistas!
